In the ages of Internet and Social Media, the art of receiving physical mail is often lost. We are used to being able to send a text or comment on a photo or social media page to say "Thank you!" and the move on with life. BUT, receiving a "Thank You" card in the mail gives a different joy to the receiver. It's like a message for the heart AND a keepsake. It's a "Wow! Someone actually wrote out a note, purchased a stamp, and went to the post office for me!" It's a different type of appreciation. So when it comes to saying "Thank you" or "I'm thinking of you," considering saying it AND sending it. Don't let the art be lost.
